Joel R Mesznik, Founder and President
Mr. Mesznik is the founder and president of Mesco. He has over 30 years of advisory and investment banking experience. Prior to founding Mesco, Mr. Mesznik was managing director of Drexel Burnham Lambert. He started his career in finance at Citibank in 1970. He is a board member of a number of public companies in the U.S. and Europe as well as several private companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from City College, New York and a Master of Business Administration in International Finance from Columbia University, New York.

Eytan Mesznik, Managing Director
Most recently, Mr. Mesznik served on a number of Chanel boards around the world, on the Operating Committee, and had profit center responsibilities. During his tenure at Chanel, he held several important positions, including Senior Vice President of Legal and Tax, and was responsible for financial, treasury, tax, insurance, operational, governance, compliance, transfer-pricing, risk, real estate, customs, licensing and legal decisions around the globe. Prior to joining Chanel, he served as International Treasurer at Estée Lauder Group and at CBS as Director of Finance and Treasury for Europe, Asia and Africa. Mr. Mesznik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from City College, New York, and a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from Columbia University, New York.

Irene Aspras, Business Manager & Analyst
Irene Aspras' responsibilities include due diligence and analysis. She is directly involved in obtaining and filtering data, liaising with clients and reviewing legal documents. She also tracks client engagements and investment results. Previously, she spent 10 years managing the finance, accounting and administrative matters of a privately-held company in the automobile insurance field. Prior to that, Ms. Aspras held positions at a world-wide shipping company located in London, including coordinating and overseeing the procurement, delivery and on-going requisition of spare parts to a continuously-deployed fleet of 35 vessels. Ms. Aspras attended the University of London, King's College, majoring in Mathematics and Management.

Melissa Magyar, Executive Assistant
With over 15 years of executive level administrative experience, Melissa Magyar provides the vital administrative support allowing Mesco to function efficiently. Previously, she was employed by Pitney Bowes and, during her tenure there, worked for various department heads including the VP of Human Resources. Ms. Magyar holds an Associates degree from the Katherine Gibbs School.
